About Me

My passion for animals and interest in helping others inspired my decision to become a professional pet sitter. I founded Hynes Canines in 2019, and have been providing the local area with loyal and loving pet sitting services ever since. I am hoping to gain even more experience with new doggies. Going on holiday or have a special event coming up and need someone to mind your doggy? Don't have the time to walk your dog with a busy Schedule? Look no further! I am living on a farm with my parents. There are miles of country roads yet to be walked around me. I have had several sheepdogs and all of them have grown up to be very different individuals. Learning how a dog behaves is very important because what might work for one dog might not work for another. There is a very friendly atmosphere here, with dogs being part of the family. There are also local parks in Milltown and Tuam. It is very important for a dog to be sociable, especially when they are young, so that they do not develop a bad habit of barking when they come in contact with a new dog and to ensure that they are safe around other people. This doesn't mean that older dogs shouldn't be taken for walks too. Keeping a dog healthy and fit is very important to me. I am given their feeding routine and there is a comfortable bed in place for them to lay. It's necessary to ensure the dog is relaxed and that the service doesn't cause any stress or strain on them. Dogs always get a walk during their stay. If needed afterwards they will get a bath also. I like to use WhatsApp to keep the owner updated with pictures and relevant information.
